Student Tour Sponsors

We believe that healthy relationships between students and caring adults are absolutely critical for the spiritual, musical, and emotional development of our students.  One of the best ways to build these relationships is by serving as a tour sponsor on either our Middle School or Chapel Tour.  As a tour sponsor, you will build relationships, take care of trip details, and serve as a family group leader. 

If you are interested in applying to be a tour sponsor, please download the 2009 Tour Sponsor Application and return it to the Creative and Worship Arts Office by March 1, 2009.  You will not be required to pay a deposit at this time and will be notified shortly after March 1st if you have been selected to be a sponsor.

Middle School Tour Registration Info

You can now begin registering for the Heart of Worship Middle School Tour 2009.  Our middle school students will be traveling to Houston, Texas from June 10 – 14, 2009 where they will sing in churches and nursing homes, work with area church plants, and have a fun day at Galveston Beach!

The total cost for the trip will be $175 for students and $85 for sponsors.  The initial deposit of $50 is due by March 1, 2009.  You can download the registration from below or under the resources page.

Chapel Tour Registration Info

You can now begin registering for the Raise Up the Crown Chapel Tour 2009.  We have an exciting trip planned from July 10 – 16, 2009 to New Orleans, Louisiana; Pensacola, Florida; and Jackson, Mississippi.

The total cost for the trip will be $280 for students and $140 for sponsors.  The initial deposit of $70 is due by March 1, 2009.  You can download the registration from below or under the resources page.

Spring Information Meeting

This Sunday, January 11, 2009, we will have a Student Music Information Meeting in the Student Impact Room following the morning services at 12:15 a.m.  We will be giving out important details concerning our two summer tours and our annual composer concert.  It is important that each student and at least one parent be present at the meeting.  Our Student Music meeting is in conjunction with our Student Mission Trip meetings.  If you cannot attend this meeting, please contact your director as soon as you can and let him or her know.  Regular ensemble rehearsals begin on Wednesday, January 7th.
